She has over eight years of experience in housing services, property management, and real estate, with a focus on senior residents and young adults with disabilities. Erica ensures that the home is well-managed, safe, and comfortable, providing a supportive environment that complements the care and guidance provided by the team.

Wycovia Beasley is an equal partner and serves as the Administrator of C & E Comfort Care. She has over twelve years of experience in the medical and residential care field and holds a degree in Social Work. Wycovia brings extensive knowledge in providing compassionate, person-centered support for residents. Her leadership and hands-on experience drive the mission and values of C & E Comfort Care, ensuring a safe and independent living environment where residents can thrive.
